Royal Blue and black Lipsy Size 14 Never Worn ?

This is a very flattering Lipsy dress and very good material, the skit is black leather (not real) and it is not a heavy dress ideal for an evening out. was 55 only want 20 Never worn Size 14 Bargin!!
